Privacy Policy — Simple Fiber Video

Simple Fiber Video is a communications service provided by Simple Fiber Communications LLC ("Simple Fiber", "we") to its business customers and their team members. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account information — your name, work email address, and your organization, provided by your administrator when your account is created.
Content you create — chat messages, files you share, meeting chat, whiteboards, polls, and booking details.
Meeting audio and video — streamed between participants to run your calls. Calls are not recorded unless a meeting host turns on recording or AI Notes.
AI meeting notes — when a host enables AI Notes, meeting audio is transcribed and summarized using xAI (x.ai) as a processor. The transcript and summary are stored with the meeting history for your organization.
Technical data — sign-in tokens, device information for push notifications, and service logs needed to operate and secure the service.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your content for advertising.
We do not use your content to train AI models. AI processing is performed only to provide features you or your host explicitly turn on.

Camera, microphone, and notifications

The apps request camera and microphone access solely for video meetings, and notification permission to alert you about messages and meetings. You can revoke these in your device settings at any time.

Sharing

Content you post is visible to members of your organization according to where you post it. We use service providers to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, media infrastructure, and AI processing as described above), each bound to process data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

Content is retained for your organization while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time — in the mobile app under Settings → Delete my account, or on the web at video.simplefiber.com/account. Deletion permanently removes your account, messages, reactions, booking page, and credentials.
